Working Operation :
Step 1 : Wear the Hand Gloves and Face mask, before starting any etching activity.
Step 2 : Clean the area of glass where you want to etch with the help of cleaning agent.
Step 3 : Secure the stencil to the glass
Step 4 : Spray stencil activator on the stencil, This will adhere the stencil to the glass.
Step 5 : With Fingertips, gently "pat" the stencil to remove all air bubbles and ensure that it is in full contract with glass also you can apply firm pressure with a paper towel.
Step 6 : The same way take the cream on Fingertips, gently "pat" on the stencil area where artwork is printed.
Step 7 : once patting is over ,remove the stencil from the glass and wait for 2 minutes.
Step 8 : Discard the fingertips cream and clean the etched area and stencil with the help of Cleaning agent,
Step 9 : Dry and Clean the Etched area with the help of Paper Towel.
Step 10 : Check the glass , you see stencil is reprinted on the window glass.
Notes :
Avoid Glass etching in very hot whether or direct sunlight
Avoid Glass etching on wet or windy days.
You may use acrylic paint to have more visibility in glass etched area.
Safety Notes :
- Wear safety glasses and rubber gloves at all times during both the frosting preparation and operation.
- In case of contacting with skin or eyes, wash immediately with running water for 5‐15 minutes. Then seek medical attention if discomfort still persists.
